Make keyboard shortcut keys work in Firefox if you have 'Search for text when I start typing' enabled
When using Feedspot in Firefox with the 'search for text when I start typing' functionality enabled (Tools > Options > General tab), the Feedspot keyboard shortcuts do not work because Firefox interprets these keystrokes as text to search for rather than passing the keystrokes on to Feedspot to interpret as shortcut commands.
Can you please consider fixing this issue? I'm coming from Bloglines where this functionality worked OK in Firefox, would be fantastic if you could get it to work in Feedspot.

It should remember the format in witch you see the news.
Every time I get in, I have to switch to see new articles in list mode, it should remember it!
Thanks!

Some of old articles in my feed keep reappear
I think it is a bug, these read articles keep appear again under View All and the folders. Read them, mark them as read and unfollow the site won't solve the issue.
2 votesThis bug has been resolved. Please mark them as read once. Those items won’t apprear ad unread again. THanks for sharing this with us!

Feedspot bookmarklet to allow for instant subscription to the rss feed of the opened window
This already exists with Google Reader (even if their bookmarklet is very basic).
To me, ideally, the result would be the opening of a "menu window" in the same fashion as the Evernote "clip to evernote" bookmarklet (one can then choose the title, destination folder and more)
This would also allow Feedspot users to subscribe directly through one keyboard shortcut (in Safari, Camino, Firefox, etc.)
The Google Reader "subscribe" bookmarklet: "javascript:var%20b=document.body;var%20GR_______bookmarkletdomain='http://www.google.com';if(b&&!document.xmlVersion)%7Bvoid(z=document.createElement('script'));void(z.src='http://www.google.com/reader/ui/subscribe-bookmarklet.js');void(b.appendChild(z));%7Delse%7Blocation='http://www.google.com/reader/view/feed/'+encodeURIComponent(location.href)%7D"
The Evernote bookmarklet: "javascript:(function()%7BENCLIPHOST='http://www.evernote.com';try%7Bvar%20x=document.createElement('SCRIPT');x.type='text/javascript';x.src=EN_CLIP_HOST+'/public/bookmarkClipper.js?'+(new%20Date().getTime()/100000);document.getElementsByTagName('head')%5B0%5D.appendChild(x);%7Dcatch(e)%7Blocation.href=EN_CLIP_HOST+'/clip.action?url='+encodeURIComponent(location.href)+'&title='+encodeURIComponent(document.title);%7D%7D)();"21 votesYou can now get the Feedspot bookmarklet from here

Make the 'Mark all as read' function work consistently
Despite repeated clicking on the Mark all as read link, old items are still displayed next time I visit. It only occasionally works as it should.

Bug: Feeds' modified names aren't saved
I successfully renamed several feeds within a folder, but in the next session all names were reverted to the original.

Adding Feeds
After adding a feed link, you should not have to click Follow. Also, I typically see two follow buttons and find that confusing.
Adding feeds should allow you to choose the folder to add the feed to.

Improve folders management
I'm trying to update manually my feeds, sorting, check if I want to keep or not some feeds. I have to switch constantly from the edit view to main view because I can't directly change the folder of a feed from the main view. I have to go to edit mode and back.
I would like to change folder from the main view.

Folder management
I'm not seeing a way to create a new folder from the edit screen. Drag and drop would be nice for organizing feeds into folders.

Bug on "Manage Folders and Sites" (change folder)
When using "change folder" you get a success message but the the feed is now in both folders. It should be removed from the folder you were changing from.

Bug: Turn bold off for folders in sidebar when last item read
When I click "Mark as read!" for a folder with unread items, that folder in the sidebar goes from bold to normal text and the unread count disappears. However, when I read the last unread item in that folder, the unread count in the sidebar disappears but the folder name stays bold until I refresh the page.

Loosing List View
I want List View, not Expanded. Occasionally, without my making a deliberate change, the Feedspot page opens in Expanded format. It would be really nice if it would stayd on List View unless I tell it otherwise. Using latest version of Firefox.

Wrong number of unread messages (or messages not available?)
The number to the right of the entries in My Sites, is supposed to be the number of unread messages. Often this is showing a number , while the Feed view tells me there are no unread messages anymore. Is the counter incorrect, or is feedspot not able to show me some of the unread message?

Retain the Previous Session's View
For example, if I have ten folders and folders one and four are expanded, they should remain expanded the next time I log in, even if it is from a different computer. It would be even nicer if one folder could be in list or expanded view while another was in a different view.
Thanks so much for this great reader!
